We have been selling caramelised peanuts and almonds at the Garden of Unearthly Delights for the last 13 years.

To cook this 400 years old french recipe, we use a copper cauldron specifically made to make pralines by a copper-smith from Normandy. The almonds are sourced from the Adelaide Hills, the honey is from Kangaroo Island and the vanilla organic. 100% of the production is handmade.
