The Garden vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated).

Gift vouchers are like cash—if lost or stolen, they cannot be replaced or reissued. The Garden takes no responsibility if a misplaced voucher is redeemed by someone else.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Ticketing Vouchers can be redeemed on any Event at The Garden of Unearthly Delights but not valid for use on rides, food & beverages or market stalls. If a ticket purchased with a voucher is refunded due to an event cancellation, a replacement voucher will be issued to your account with a new code, redeemable only by you.

The Gift Cards sold via Square are only valid for purchases on food and beverages at The Garden

Any unused money or change goes back onto your voucher and will not be redeemable in cash.
