The Garden welcomes its audiences under a SA Health-approved COVID Management Plan.  We understand that staying COVID-safe is a shared responsibility. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

BEFORE THE EVENT

• Everyone who’s 12 and over, needs to have proof of vaccination status ready to show on entry to The Garden
• Check back to this page to make sure you’re up-to-date with the latest guidelines and event information.

ARRIVING AT THE EVENT

• If you are attending a specific ticketed event in The Garden, arrive early to help avoid congestion.
• Show staff your vaccination status on entry to The Garden
• At busy times, like Friday and Saturday nights please follow directions of staff and COVID-19 Marshals to the best entrance for specific venues
• Please use the sanitising stations upon entry.

DURING THE EVENT

• Look out for and be aware of COVID-19 signage and follow any directions given by staff
• Maintain physical distancing at all times and wear a mask when you can’t
• Maintain good hand hygiene by washing or sanitising regularly

 IF YOU ARE ATTENDING A TICKETED PERFORMANCE

• Queue in our physically distanced queuing areas for your specific venue
• Check into the venue using QR codes displayed at venue
• Show staff your check-in and ticket on entry

LEAVING THE EVENT

• Please be patient and respect others when exiting the event to maintain physical distancing at all times.

WHAT ARE WE DOING?

Events at The Garden will be held in accordance with SA Health direction.  We have developed procedures to ensure a COVID-safe environment for our audience, artists, staff and contractors, including:

• Provision of extra space around the venues and open areas throughout The Garden
• Venue capacities set as per SA Health direction 
• Site design to enable safe physical distancing and sufficient physically distanced queuing areas
• Redesigned entry points and queue management
• Extra sanitation stations and toilet facilities
• Increased cleaning schedules
• Additional support staff to assist patrons
• Tables service for bars
